Our warehouse is ready to ship products to you fast! As one of Gold Coast's only dedicated Motorcycle Accessory suppliers, our products are sent directly from our Nerang Warehouse. That means faster shipping and less hassle!

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Nerang, Gold Coast.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use various reputable shipping services depending on the location. 

While we try our best to ensure that shipments are delivered as fast as possible and use the best carriers available, some delieveries may have unexpected delays. In this case, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for an update. If you are unable to find your tracking number, you can contact us.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Email mcashop@yahoo.com.au to file a return claim.
